Darren Henson – Solicitor

Darren began his career in Professional Audio in 1994 during a tenure at the highly regarded Lucasfilm Ltd. This provided project management opportunities advanced through a degree in Recording Arts, enabling creativity on several high-profile music and motion picture projects, including work with the Academy Award-winning composer Hans Zimmer and the Walt Disney Company. In 2011 Darren pursued a new direction and in 2015 completed his undergraduate legal studies at the old Royal Navel College in Greenwich and has since gone on to study a master’s in law and sucessfully complete the vocational stage of solicitor training with specialisms in commercial law, employment law, family law, international law, and human rights.

Darren is also a Governor in a local Multi-Academy Trust and has supported the local community as a district safeguarding officer.

Through this experience, Darren has been able to develop the skills and attributes that transfer well into legal practice, including the ability to relate to a diverse range of clients effectively, think clearly to provide meaningful solutions, work well to deadlines to deliver high-quality work within a high-pressure environment to ensure that the remedy is achieved to the client’s instruction.
