At our core, we have a moral purpose to support our clients in a way which allows you to concentrate on what matters.
Whilst PHP Law LLP is a law firm, we are so much more than that. The practice was established in 2019 by its partners to provide outstanding support to our education clients, with a moral compass, in accordance with a clear set of values.

Initially set up as a niche education sector firm, as we grow our range of services is expanding. The thread that runs through all our services is our values. After many years of supporting schools and colleges within the environment of a firm of solicitors, the founding partners of PHP decided that they wanted to break free of the restrictions that an often staid profession imposes.
Every one of us has a history of working in, working with and understanding schools. Prior to joining PHP our team members have been school compliance managers, data managers, a CEO, operations officers, lead governance professionals as well as traditional lawyers.
Members of our team have sat as trustees and governors, supported panels with the purpose of working through the process to make fair and transparent recruitment, dismissal, exclusion, and complaint decisions that are a day-to-day feature of all stages of education providers.
Our teams are made up of talented professionals who understand that in order to live our values, we need to be part of your core team. Our offices are in the South West and East Midlands, and we work with all stages of education providers across England.
